"The Secret To Getting Listed In Google In Under 24 Hours - Guaranteed" by Akash Kumar

Friday, April 28, 2006

You may or may not have heard people claim they can get listed in Google in only 24 hours. It seems that nearly 100% of the people you run across in forums act like in order to get indexed by Google in 24 hours is some miracle feat that can only be accomplished by doing some "top secret" marketing tactic or advanced search engine optimization strategy.

Well, the truth of the matter is... Getting listed in Google in under a day is quite easy! First, let's define what "getting indexed by Google" means... Let's say that you create a brand new website. For our purposes, we'll call it http://www.bradcallenscoolwebsite.com/ If we go to Google and enter: www.bradcallenscoolwebsite.com into the search box, we'll see that no results are returned. See below:
The reason no results appear is because our website is new and it's not "in Google's index" yet. If you're not in their index, your site can't be ranked by them because they don't know your site exists... So, in order to rank in Google, you must first get into their index. Once your website is in there index and you do a search like we did above, you'll see the screen below:
Notice your website title, description, and URL now appear... This website has been indexed by Google.
Ok, now that we've got that out of the way, let's talk about what NOT to do when trying to get indexed by Google. This drives me absolutely crazy when I see people doing this, and is actually what I did at one time as well. The following URL might look familiar to you:http://www.google.com/addurl.html
This is Google's actual website submission form. They state that you can use this form to submit your website to their index of websites and it can take up to 6 weeks for your website to be placed into their index. I don't know about you, but 4 weeks is a heck of a long time to just wait for your website to be placed in their index rotation, let alone get a top ranking!
You should NEVER use this form, or any other of the top search engine's submission forms for that matter. These search engines include Yahoo, MSN, Altavista, and Alltheweb.
So, how do you get your website indexed within 24 hours? Let's stick with our weight loss website for now, and I will take you through the steps you'll need to do to get indexed by Google in under 24 hours, guaranteed? Go to Google and enter the broadest keyword you can think of that's related to your website. In our example, it will be "weight loss". Once you've done this, you'll see a list of Google results? Browse through each website and pay particular attention to the Google Page Rank of the website.
Note: Remember, Google Page Rank is measured by the number of websites and the "importance" of those websites that link to your website. In general, the more websites that link to your website, the higher your Page Rank will be.
So, as you're looking at these top ranked websites for the search term "weight loss", you should try to find websites with a Page Rank of 5 or higher. Once you've found several websites like this, you should check and see whether or not they have links pages. Usually you'll see links from their index page that say (resources, links, related sites, etc.) Now, you need to search their website for their contact information or information on getting a link from one of their high Page Rank webpages.
Once you find their contact information you should send them an email asking if they will link to your website in return for you linking back to their website. If you do this correctly and professionally, they will respond and will place a link on their website to yours. If you can manage to get 1 PR5 website to link to your website, you will be indexed by Google in under 3 days. If you can get 1 PR6 website to link to you, then you will be in Google's index in under 24 hours!
Sometimes persuading the higher page rank websites is pretty tough, especially if your website is brand new, but there's another option you can pursue and that is ... Purchasing links from high Page Rank websites. The easiest and fastest way to do this is to visit 1 of the many link purchasing websites. Here are a few of the better ones that I personally use on a regular basis. I've listed them in order of which I view as the best. Many times you can purchase 1 PR7 link for a 1 month time period for, say, $150. After the month is up, there is no need to renew because you are already in Google's index! So, basically by paying a 1 time fee of $150 you can be indexed by Google within 24 hours, with no work on your part.
Something else that I will typically do with new websites, is I will always link my older, higher Page Rank websites to my new websites. If you already own 1 PR5 or 6 website, then place a link on the index page of that PR5 or 6 website and point it to your new website. Leave the link there for 1-3 days and you'll quickly see your new website in Google's index! Once you're in the index, you can remove the link from your higher Page Rank website. It's as easy as that...
So, you can see that getting indexed quickly by Google is VERY easy and doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out.

Advantages of RSS Websites by James Mahony

Saturday, April 01, 2006

The following paragraphs summarize the work of RSS experts who are completely familiar with all the aspects of RSS. Heed their advice to avoid any RSS surprises.

So what is RSS really all about? The following report includes some fascinating information about RSS--info you can use, not just the old stuff they used to tell you.

RSS - or what is now known as "Really Simple Syndication" - is a file format that is incorporated by Internet users in their websites to allow for 'web syndication', making their web content available in a format that can be universally understood by other people.

In essence, RSS is a 'mini database' that contains headlines and descriptions (a summary or a line or two of the full article) of your web content, including hyperlinks that enable users to link back to the full article of their choice.

RSS websites - that is, websites that contain RSS 'feeds' (articles or postings) - typically have colorful graphics to indicate to users that the specific web content is available through RSS feeds. These graphics are usually depicted by orange rectangles that are usually marked with 'RSS' or 'XML'.

With its increased popularity, RSS is now being adopted and used by more website owners or publishers. Today, numerous resources are now available that aid Internet surfers (and even beginners as well) on how to set up and use RSS.

Setting up RSS feeds and adding them to your website can be a simple process that does not involve a lot of time or any money. Listed below are some simple and basic steps that you might want to follow:

1. Have your web content and/or news in an RSS feed format, such as XML (appropriate and 'ready-made' feeds are also available from other sources).

2. Click the orange graphic - this is the RSS feed icon. Take note of the URL of the RSS feed; this will be displayed in the address bar (for Internet Explorer).

3. Input the feed URL on your RSS feed creation program.

4. Click on the "Generate Feed" button. This will generate the RSS code for your web content.

5. Enter the RSS code in the appropriate place on your own website.

Having created an RSS feed for your website, next comes the task of publishing your web content and news and having them displayed on other sites and headline viewers. This is made possible with the use of RSS readers or aggregators.

RSS readers or news aggregators are used to view particular web contents. RSS readers contain the collection of 'feeds' or RSS files from content providers, and they are generally classified into 3 types:

· Desktop RSS readers - also known as standalone desktop application, they generally 'run' in the background and are similar to an e-mail client, collecting the feeds and refreshing items automatically as they are updated.

Now that we've covered those aspects of RSS, let's turn to some of the other factors that need to be considered.

If you base what you do on inaccurate information, you might be unpleasantly surprised by the consequences. Make sure you get the whole RSS story from informed sources.

· Web-based aggregators - these are online services that enable users to personalize web pages, refreshing them each time the page is accessed or each time a person logs in to the service.

· Plug-in aggregators/readers - these make use of either web browsers or e-mail clients, which allow users to view RSS feeds while inside an existing program.

Having an RSS-enabled website provides Internet users (especially those who are website owners) with the following benefits:

· Allows users to generate up-to-date news and postings, as information and content in the RSS readers or aggregators are automatically updated each time the RSS feed is 'refreshed'.

· Allows users to have control over the information that they wish to view or receive, as they can remove a feed of their choosing any time they want to.

Aside from these benefits, RSS websites are also useful for people who conduct their business in the Internet, particularly in Internet or Online Marketing. RSS can be an effective marketing tool for your website, especially in the following fields:

· E-mail marketing and publishing · Search engine marketing and optimization · Business blogging · Internet advertising · Digital public relations · Branding and e-commerce

In addition, RSS can 'power' your website, providing you with the following:

· Valuable, updated, and relevant resources for site visitors and potential clients - RSS is ideal for websites that contain (and syndicate) a lot of information that has to be changed or updated regularly.

· Search engine optimization for the website.

· Increased traffic for the website - your website can 'harvest' and display information from other sites, driving more traffic to your own website.

· A wide selection of 'channels' for content distribution, such as PDA's, cellular phones, voice mails, and email ticklers.

· A reliable way to have your web content delivered to Internet users and potential clients - RSS ensures that your site is viewed by the people who are interested in them, without having them blocked and 'cleaned' by ISPs or Spam filters.

These are just some of the advantages that RSS can give your website (and your business). The possibilities are endless, as more and more comes up almost everyday. Do not be left behind - take the advantage of the marketing and publishing power of RSS.

If you've picked some pointers about RSS that you can put into action, then by all means, do so. You won't really be able to gain any benefits from your new knowledge if you don't use it.

Review of Cashlinks Lite for Wordpress by Robert Rogers

Wordpress is a wonderful blog program. It's feature rich, widely supported, and FREE! You'll also find hundreds of plugins for wordpress that will add rss feeds, polls, galleries, and more. Today I want to share with you one of the best plugins for wordpress that can make you money. It's called Cashlinks Lite.

Cashlinks Lite is a plugin that will dynamically hyperlink any keyword or phrase to any url that you specify. All you have to do is write the article, do a review, or even use syndicated articles in your blog for content. Then Cashlinks Lite will insert the code to hyperlink keywords in the article automatically.

Before Cashlinks Lite, writing an article with links to your affiliates meant stopping every other sentence to insert the hyperlink code on the text. If you want to link to several different affiliates, it's a major pain and can really stop your in your tracks. Even worse, it disrupts your thought process and could cause you to start all over.

How about all of the previous posts you have in your blog. Ever go back and edit them because you wanted to include links to new affiliates? If you have hundreds of posts, you wouldn't even think about doing that. You'd probably pick two or three then get too tired or bored to do anymore. It's a mundane task and very time consuming.

But wait! Isn't that what computers are for? To do all the mundane repetitive things that we humans don't feel like doing? Wouldn't it be nice if your computer could go back and insert the hyperlink code for you on every keyword in every post, article, or page you ever wrote in Wordpress? Now thanks to Cashlinks Lite, it can. Whether you have one post or thousands, Cashlinks Lite will dynamically insert hyperlink code on every keyword or phrase you tell it to.

If this article were in a Wordpress, you would see several links in this article already. I wouldn't have to insert the hyperlinks manually or re-edit this article. All would have to do is write this article as I usually do for any post, and Cashlinks Lite does the rest. Those of us who blog on a daily basis, understand what a time save this really is! For those of us who have hundreds of pages in our blogs, it's a miracle!

Every link you see in every post on every page of your blog would be automatically created with Cashlinks Lite. You wouldn't have to edit a single page. Anytime you want to change how a keyword links, just go into the Wordpress control panel and update the url for that keyword once! Then Cashlinks Lite will replace every instance of that keyword with the new hyperlink automatically.

A powerful technique when using Cashlinks Lite is to link specific keywords to your own sites. Any search engine optimization expert will tell you that incoming links to your site will have more impact on how your site ranks than any other single technique. More importantly, when those links use "anchor text" for the keywords you are optimizing for, your site will rank higher for those keywords.

The best example of this is "click here". If you search for "click here" in google, you'll find in #1 position Adobe Reader. Of course Adobe is not optimizing their site for "click here", but how many websites use the anchor text "click here" which links to the free Adobe Reader software? Probably millions!

This is where Cashlinks Lite can really improve your rankings to all your sites. By choosing the keywords you want to optimize your site for, then telling Cashlinks Lite to hyperlink those keywords to your own sites. If you have hundreds of pages in your blogs, you would now have hundreds of links using the keyword anchor text of your choice linking back to them!

Now here is the best part. Cashlinks Lite is FREE! My colleague Mike Ambrosio is just giving away Cashlinks Lite. Not only that, he is giving away over $614 worth of products to internet marketers like yourself. There are too many products to list here, but Cashlinks Lite is included.

Blogs Bring Traffic by Donald N. Lombardi

They are popping up everywhere. Your favorite website has one. Your favorite television show has one. Even your teenager has one. Blogs. What are they? Why are they everywhere you look?

Most simply put, blogs are like journals - only, instead of being made of the paper and cardboard kept secret by an even thinner piece of cardboard and a lock your baby brother frequently opened with a paperclip, these journals are online. Why does it seem like everyone has one? Well, because almost everyone does. And there is good reason. Blogs can be used as journals, both private and public; they can be used as ways for fans to discuss the latest episode of their favorite sitcom; or, they can be used by major companies, especially those that are Internet-based, because unlike the traditional forms of advertising, blogs bring in more traffic.

For business purposes, there are many ways companies use blogs. For example, a company may have several blogs on its website, each one dedicated to something different: customer concerns, product updates, etc. In addition to being helpful to customers and other website visitors, these blogs bring in more traffic to the website, as well. Depending on the website, more traffic usually means more money. And more money means - that is right - you are on your way to that summer home in the Hamptons!

So, how exactly do blogs bring in more traffic? Well, Adsense ads with Google are a good starting point. The search engine visits your page more each time your update, ultimately moving your blog higher and higher on the SERPs (Search Engine Results Page) and leading to more revenue from the ads being represented in your blog.

Some pointers? First, the blogger will need to decide what he or she is going to write about. Choose a popular topic, one that people are interested in. Underwater Basket Weaving probably would not be a very wise choice as not many people seem to be interested in it. Unless, of course, your business is underwater basket weaving, in which case you should by all means write about it. Next, focus on some keywords - these are the words that search engines are going to pick up on. Do not dowse your blog in these words, but use them whenever you effectively can. Lastly, make sure you write content that will attract, and keep, a strong readership. You want your readers to keep coming back, right?

Go ahead, join the millions of people and businesses alike. Get yourself a blog. Or corner your boss and suggest writing one for your company. Explain how blogs bring in more traffic, more traffic means more money, and more money means - that is right again! - you are on your way to the Hamptons.
